Aggeliki Demertzi
Aggeliki Demertzi is a graduate of Public Administration from Panteion University. She holds two Master’s degrees, both completed with distinction: one in Production Economics and Interdisciplinary Relations from Panteion University and another in Urban and Regional Planning from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). Currently, she is a PhD candidate at NTUA, researching creative economy, the symbolic economy of cities, cultural development strategies, and sustainable urban development.
Professionally, over the past 15 years, she has participated in numerous projects as a project manager, technical and financial monitoring officer, or business funding consultant (e.g., through NSRF and European Cohesion programs). For seven years, she was an external research associate at the National Centre for Scientific Research (NCSR) Demokritos, focusing on the socio-economic impacts of climate change. She has also been a research associate in the Urban and Regional Planning Sector of NTUA's School of Architecture, designing and implementing national and European programs related to urban strategies through public policies.
Eirini Iliopoulou is an Architect-Engineer and Urban Planner, holding a PhD from the Department of Architecture at TU-Berlin (summa cum laude) and a diploma from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her experience includes writing proposals, managing and participating in European and national research/development programs, impact assessment studies, application evaluation studies, urban design studies, and community and cultural initiatives. Her research and professional interests focus on Citizen Participation in Integrated Spatial Development, Socio-Spatial Conflicts, and the role of Culture in Sustainable Urban Development.

With a passion for driving positive change in urban development, Nadia Siokou is a professional with a diverse background in project management, cultural initiatives, and sustainable tourism. With over six years of experience coordinating EU-funded projects and managing non-profit organizations, she possesses in-depth expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and innovative problem-solving. Her specialization focuses on fostering collaboration between diverse stakeholders and implementing creative solutions to complex urban challenges. Skilled in needs mapping, participatory design, and effective communication, she is committed to creating urban spaces that are inclusive, resilient, and vibrant.
